Loose Photos #5 – Mixed

This is a group of 11 photos I obtained from an on-line Florida seller. Stated that the lot was from Truro, Nova Scotia & More. Only two of the photos were labelled, but I am including all of them here in case someone recognizes individuals in the other photos.

Photo #1

Caption: Written on back: “Noble Cummings, Lr. Onslow”

Research: I believe this to be Noble Cummings b. May 23 1838 in Londonderry, Colchester, Nova Scotia. He died on July 21, 1929 in Glenholme, Colchester, Nova Scotia, Canada. He married Lucy Grant Blaikie (1839 – 1917). The majority of their children were born in Lower Onslow, Colchester, Nova Scotia.

Photo #2

Caption: “Lew, Edie, Clare”

Research: I believe these are three of the children of Robert H. Putnam (1858 – 1933) and Annie Blanche Cummings (1865 – 1923). Annie was the daughter of Noble Cummings and Lucy G. Blaikie. The children would be: Lewis Hedley Putnam (1899 – 1987); Edith May Putnam (1891 – 1979) and Hattie Clare Putnam (1896 – 1988).

The rest of the photos are not labelled. I am hoping someone may recognize some of the individuals in the photos and contact me. Perhaps the individuals in the photos are related to the Cummings/Blaikie family?
